Emma
We had tastefully decorated, romantic room with a great view, 2 cheap single beds, as example. The employees were absolutely courteous and caring and kept it all immaculately clean.
-
George
The room was themed with a very clean bed and a reasonably large bathroom. In general the staff were caring and extremely helpful.

Diana
The location is marvellous and close to Haymarket station / bus station. The rooms are spotless and huge and generally offer coffee-making facilities and a new carpet. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

Lucy
Thoroughly enjoyed responsive and hard-working staff and big hotel.
The breakfast offered plenty of brilliant meals. Quiet location, a bus stop was opposite the hotel.

Alistair
The stay was absolutely very peaceful and excellent value for money. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Enjoyed the location in a very quiet area. The exceptional service and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel provided public parking, which was convenient.

Was a very last minute booking and the location was close enough to the city centre to allow for a walk or short taxi ride
The gentleman at reception did not greet us in any way, only to confirm our names for the reservation. He then tried to charge us more than the actual room rate which was only stopped when queried. For dinner they advertise that they have a "Sister restaurant" who would deliver a set meal for 2, we took advantage of this, but when the delivery arrived the price was wrong and the hotel wanted nothing to do with it. The room itself had a faulty radiator that rattled and made noise all night, there seemed to be a ventilation system that also came on all night. The TV didn't work, they started hoovering outside the door at 9am and breakfast was merely a few bowls of cereal and some bread for toast.. not the most pleasant experience

The location was convenient and easy to the city center in a very quiet area, in front of a bus stop. In the evening we went to Delta Indian Takeaway, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The Indian theme was a nice change from the standard hotel.
No bar area for drinks or a meal/snack.

The decor is very unusual and the view was great
The bed was extremely sqeaky and uncorfortable. It made so much noise when you moved, it woke me up several times. The fire alarm went of several times in the morning.
